Special Olympics Athlete Leadership Council was held in Kazan. Leaders from different regions of Russia participated in master classes. They visited city landmarks.
At the end of the event Special Olympics Russia gave start to special clocks with countdown «200 days before the start of Winter Games in Kazan».
